I am currently the Director of Publisher Products at Citysearch, building a world class local content syndication and advertising network.
I sometimes code in Ruby and PHP, spending my spare time crafting useful little Rails applications, occasionally sharing my efforts with others on Github.
I have built and deployed a complete Rails application in 48 hours with a friend. It isn’t going to be the next billion dollar social application, but it wasn’t meant to be.
I have two boys, 5 and 3 that I cherish. They caused me to re-evaluate my priorities and inspire me to do more good in the community. I support some causes here, here, and here. I hope to support more as my time allows.
I hope to some day work a four hour work week and spend the rest of my time with my family and surfing around Ventura County. For the time being I will build and manage great teams that deliver world class web products.
